We aim to satisfy.

If there is a defect in the product on receipt of order please contact us within 7 days. We will promptly send you a replacement or issue a full refund after the product is returned. You will not be charged additional freight or handling fees on returned or replacement products. Please take care when ordering as refunds do not apply for wrongly ordered items.

Please contact our orders department at scullys@lavender.co.nz before goods are returned and we will inform you on where and how to send. Refunds will be made via the same method of payment used to purchase product.

Delivery to New Zealand addresses is via Fastway couriers and can take up to 5 working days, also note we can not deliver to P.O Boxes so please give physical address. Delivery overseas is via NZ Post International Air and can take 4-10 days for delivery. Please contact us if you do not receive your order in this time frame.
